Cancellation Policy

Slot is confirmed only on payment. If we have not received your payment, your registration would automatically be cancelled. No walk-ins are allowed. Please register and pay in advance to reserve your spot. Not sure how to pay? Check out: https://www.wildswim.club/bookings - Refund policy: Once the slot for the class has been confirmed, no further cancellations will be entertained. Fees paid for swim coaching are non-refundable. - On leaves: Any leaves taken should be informed in advance, so that the instructor can be prepared accordingly. It is critical that you do not miss the first week of classes, since foundational skills are covered then. - On compensating for missed class: Upto 2 compensation classes within the duration of the batch can be accommodated and is subject to availability of slots. - Carry-forward of classes: Learners are not allowed to carry forward classes to the next month unless there is a valid medical reason, which must be supported by a medical certificate. This certificate will be reviewed by the team, who reserve the right to deny the request if the certificate is deemed fraudulent. Additionally, carried forward classes must be used within the following month and cannot be indefinitely postponed.
