Cancellation Policy
- Swimming classes at Cosmopolitan Club are open exclusively to Cosmopolitan Club Members. - Refund policy: Once the slot for the class has been confirmed, no further cancellations will be entertained, and fees paid for swim coaching are non-refundable. You will be billed against the Cosmo membership ID shared by you at the time of registration. - On leaves: Any leaves taken should be informed in advance, so that the instructor can be prepared accordingly. It is critical that you do not miss the first week of classes, since foundational skills are covered then. - No compensation classes, please make sure you are available before registering for classes. - Batch dates and timings are to be strictly followed as the safety of the swimmers is our priority.
